Elite Travel Management began as a humble idea in the minds of our co-founders. They realized there was a gap in the current market, there was an obsession over profits rather than the client. Their idea was simple; bring the focus back to where it should be, on people. Of course, this meant to emphasis the client experience through a total shift in what a successful Travel Management Company looks like in the 21st century. This included a personalized service offering- no call centres, strict response policies and much more.

It also meant, though, a focus on employees. Our co-founders hold the belief that your clients are only taken care of as well as your people; so, you must first concentrate on them.

This is why you will find we have a solidunwavering concentration on the people who make up Elite Travel. Of course, we have an increased number of vacation days, but we believe supporting your employees goes far beyond that. We seek to empower every member of our team through regular personal and professional development; to achieve this we sit down with every person to lay out a Career/ Life plan and then ask how can we help you achieve this?

When you join Elite Travel management, you will feel the difference immediately. From our extended onboarding program to the hands on, rapid environment we operate in. While you may be joining us as the Operations Manager today, there’s no telling where your career at Elite Travel will take you!

If you’re an impassioned individual who is seeking to join a movement that is bigger than yourself, submit your resume today to join us on our journey.
