Adam brings more than a decade of business travel experience to the helm of Elite Travel Management. Having earned his stripes with a number of major industry players before his time with Elite, Adam is an individual Global Award Winner and has earned several management awards for top producing teams. His impeccable client retention is industry renowned. Adam has a passion for consistent innovation of Elite’s model that ensures a best-in-class client experience. Outside of Elite, you can find Adam playing hockey or golf, or attempting to fly fish along the Bow River. Adam and his wife love to travel, but they equally enjoy time at home with their French Bulldog.
Morgan ensures that every first impression with Elite is a lasting one. As Director of Client Onboarding, she assesses client needs and ensures a seamless and consistent experience. Morgan is proudly Alberta born-and-raised, and she completed her post-secondary education at Mount Royal University. Prior to Elite, she gained nearly a decade of corporate travel experience in a global competitor’s operations department. Notably, Morgan has been recognized as #1 Corporate Travel Manager throughout Canada and Top 10% Worldwide. She finds it greatly rewarding to assist companies with new travel programs and make a difference in their travellers’ lives. Morgan is a seasoned industry expert with experience booking every type of travel and destination, and having travelled her fair share, she leads with genuine empathy when travel doesn’t go as planned. In addition to travel, Morgan loves live music, golf, great restaurants and cocktails, and time with her family and friends
Sandra provides unparalleled service, leading expertise and innovative solutions, all while building long-term client relationships. She prides herself on maintaining a diverse clientele mix, from corporate executives to rotation crews. Sandra brings nearly two decades of experience to her role at Elite Travel Management, including leisure travel, corporate travel and highly confidential travel. Before launching her career, she graduated from the Travel and Tourism program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). A seasoned industry frontrunner, Sandra has earned numerous industry awards over the years and travelled across the globe to participate in award ceremonies. Sandra takes great pride in Elite’s supportive culture of camaraderie (and laughter). When she’s not hard at work, she enjoys travelling to new destinations. Scotland ranks her top travel experience to date, but she has many places left to check off on the map.
Kaelee brings unwavering dedication to supporting business corporations and large groups in coordinating, organizing and managing travel arrangements and events at Elite Travel Management. Her love for travel began when she spent a year in Central Mexico teaching English. She went on to graduate from Grant MacEwan University in 2010, and she now holds more than a decade of experience in the travel industry, ranging from leisure, to sports and team, to high-end business travel. Kaelee’s broad travel experience allows her to anticipate client needs with ease and provide thoughtful touches along the way. A career highlight, Kaelee took part in the Dreams Take Flight non-profit charity, which provides the trip of a lifetime to children in need. In Kaelee’s spare time, you can find her travelling, sampling new restaurants, or exploring the outdoors by hiking, biking, swimming, running, golfing and camping.
As a Travel Associate with Elite Travel Management, Amanda delivers 24/7 dedicated care to a wide array of clients and industries. She also plays a key role in developing and maintaining Elite’s exclusive client appreciation programs. Prior to joining Elite, Amanda graduated with honours from the Travel and Tourism program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). She went on to successfully complete a 4-month summer position with a major North American railway transportation company, and it was here that her love for corporate travel took shape. In addition to building relationships with her clients and team members, Amanda is fueled by the challenging and dynamic nature of her role. Outside of Elite, Amanda has a longstanding love for competitive sports and fitness. She feels fortunate to have travelled with family and friends over the years and is always looking forward to her next travel experience.
Diego leads the research, implementation, maintenance, and training of new technology at Elite Travel Management, empowering Elite’s Senior Travel Associates to deliver a seamless and efficient client experience at every touchpoint. Originally born in Peru, Diego is fluent in English and Spanish. He moved to Canada in 1992 and went on to graduate from the Travel and Tourism program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2010. During his tenure with Eite, Diego is proud to have spearheaded new mid-office technology for advanced automation of the company’s ticketing and invoicing procedures. He finds great fulfillment in strengthening Elite with the industry’s latest technology through a thoughtful research and application process. Outside of work, Diego enjoys playing soccer, gaming, running, working out, making videos and singing karaoke.
Ashley brings a lifelong passion for travel to the individualized client experiences she crafts at Elite Travel Management. She is a graduate of the Travel and Tourism program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where she was selected as one of three students to represent SAIT at the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics, Young Leaders Conference in Melbourne, Australia. Joining the Elite Travel Management team was a career-defining moment for Ashley, and she continues to flourish. Today, she provides group and international travel management with astute organization and relationship-building skills every step of the way. Ashley shines when the unexpected arises, working tirelessly to ensure her client’s safe and sound arrival. A career highlight, she was also chosen to take part in an Air Canada sponsored tour of Portland, Oregon. Aside from travelling, Ashley loves rock climbing and conducting self-guided food tours around Calgary.
